“I always wanted to have my own sweetshop,
ever since I was a child it was always my dream.”
Having seen a traditional sweet shop while on holiday, we decided to take the plunge and open our own traditional sweet shop.
We had been to Wallingford on many occasions as we have family there and thought it was the perfect town to open a sweet shop. We were lucky to find a quaint Georgian shop on a pedestrianised street which we thought would be perfect for our sweet shop.
We wanted the shop to be a shop of dreams, filled with sweets of every kind, a true Aladdin’s cave. With a lot of hard work and passion we are really proud of our shop and feel that we have achieved our goal. It’s certainly a pleasure to go to work every day!
